BOOTCAMP

Each round is 2 minutes and 30 seconds. The class follows an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) format for each round, allowing you to work at your own pace while still pushing your limits within each timed interval.

POWER SCULPT

Class is done in stations and follows a Tabata-style format, consisting of 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, keeping you moving through a full-body workout.

Designed specifically for you.  Each workout is customized and strategically created to maximize your personal results. You can count on me to help you reach the next level building upon a strong foundation for lasting success!

About Dawn

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and beauty industry, and certifications in Yoga, Group Fitness, Pilates, and Kickboxing, I’m passionate about helping women feel their best, inside and out. I believe that when you feel good, you show up stronger in every area of your life.
My goal is to help you discover what your body is capable of through consistency, strength training and lots of motivation.
I’m here to support you in becoming your strongest, most confident selves—mentally and physically.

MY JOURNEY

As I navigated my own mental health challenges, I repeatedly ignored my feelings until it became impossible to do so any longer. I was on a quest for something I could never seem to find, attempting to fill a void in my life with the wrong solutions, which ultimately threw everything out of balance. When I began sharing my story, I entered a circle of healing—a dynamic exchange of giving and receiving that embodies the true essence of recovery. Fitness became a crucial part of my healing process, forcing me to remain present and focus on myself. I learned to appreciate the simple things in life that we often take for granted: breathing, playing with our children, walking in nature, and so much more. Whether on the mat or during a workout, I felt an increasing connection between my body and mind. Moving my body helped alleviate my anxiety and fears. As I gave, shared, taught, and supported others on their journeys, I ultimately freed myself.
