Classes are done in stations, and they are designed for all fitness levels. You can move through each station at your own pace and increase the intensity as you become stronger!

In these classes, you will engage in a variety of workouts, including weight training, Pilates, bodyweight exercises, kickboxing, TRX, and more. The atmosphere is friendly and non-intimidating!

BOOTCAMP

Boot Camp offers an invigorating strength and conditioning experience aimed at boosting overall fitness through functional training techniques. Participants will engage with an eclectic mix of equipment such as battle ropes, weights, boxing bags, TRX, and much more to maximize their workout potential.

POWER SCULPT

Pilates Bootcamp provides a comprehensive body conditioning journey aimed at elevating your physical appearance and enhancing your overall well-being. This invigorating class focuses on activating deep stabilizer muscles, fostering a strong and agile physique. By incorporating a harmonious blend of balls, weights, and mat exercises, participants can anticipate remarkable results that will transform their fitness experience.

Yoga, Fitness, Pilates and Kickboxing Certified

Being in Fitness and Beauty industry for over 20 years, I’m very passionate and helping women feel good and finding happiness. I believe that when you feel good , you do better in life. I enjoy showing others what their bodies are capable of doing with hard work. It is my ultimate goal to help you reach a happy well balanced lifestyle.

I guide women to be become their best self by strengthening their bodies and mind. Empowered is for the woman who wants to transform herself , mentally and physically! For the woman who wants more energy, confidence and strength. To achieve her best self and live her best life. It’s for the woman who wants to be part of a community.

MY JOURNEY

As I navigated my own mental health challenges, I repeatedly ignored my feelings until it became impossible to do so any longer. I was on a quest for something I could never seem to find, attempting to fill a void in my life with the wrong solutions, which ultimately threw everything out of balance. When I began sharing my story, I entered a circle of healing—a dynamic exchange of giving and receiving that embodies the true essence of recovery. Fitness became a crucial part of my healing process, forcing me to remain present and focus on myself. I learned to appreciate the simple things in life that we often take for granted: breathing, playing with our children, walking in nature, and so much more. Whether on the mat or during a workout, I felt an increasing connection between my body and mind. Moving my body helped alleviate my anxiety and fears. As I gave, shared, taught, and supported others on their journeys, I ultimately freed myself.
